Quick Tips
Audio Meditation Journeys
Visit the Spirit tab to browse guided meditation journeys. Tap any title to begin — the player bar appears at the bottom and stays with you as you explore.
Weekly Live Broadcasts
The Soul tab is your home for live circles and community. Live sessions appear automatically when they're scheduled — replays are always available.
Booking a Private Session
Ascension members can book discounted 1-on-1 sessions from the Source tab. You'll sign a brief agreement once, then the booking calendar opens for you.
Managing Your Membership
To change your level, upgrade, or cancel your monthly plan, visit the Account tab and open the billing portal. Your access continues through the end of your billing period.
